Getting Started? This is how the process works…

  • We’ll start with an Introductory Call to explore how I can best support you.

  • My approach is centred around healthy lifestyle coaching, with regular sessions where we’ll focus on your goals, targets, and achievements.

  • If my services aren’t the right fit, you (or the person you're enquiring for) will be signposted to appropriate support.

  • We’ll also discuss pricing and logistics during the Discovery Call - sessions can be in person (in the Gloucestershire area), online or over the phone, and will usually last between 40-60 mins.

  • Following that, I’ll send over the Coaching Agreements – full terms and conditions can be found [here].

  • Have more questions? Head over to the FAQs section.

Corporate & Executive Wellbeing Coaching

Strategic, confidential coaching for high-performing professionals who carry the weight of responsibility — and are ready to lead with clarity and sustainability.

What this is

This isn’t just performance coaching. It’s a confidential partnership designed to support those operating at a consistently high level — often under pressure, often without pause.

Corporate & Executive Wellbeing Coaching offers a discreet space to slow down, recalibrate, and think clearly — without stepping back from your role.
It’s where mental load, emotional weight, and silent burnout are addressed before they become visible breakdowns.

You don’t need to fall apart to warrant support.
You just need space to lead without running on reserve.

Who this is for

  • C-suite executives, founders, and senior professionals leading complex teams or businesses

  • High-functioning individuals who feel emotionally or mentally stretched, but can’t afford to show it

  • Leaders navigating quiet burnout, performance fatigue, or personal transition behind the scenes

  • Professionals who support others but rarely have space for their own reflection

  • People whose internal wellbeing directly impacts external outcomes

What we work on

  • Strengthening decision-making in fast-paced, high-stakes environments

  • Restoring personal energy and professional clarity — without losing drive

  • Establishing sustainable boundaries that protect both influence and wellbeing

  • Reducing emotional overload and perfectionist reactivity

  • Redefining success through the lens of purpose, longevity, and values

  • Reconnecting with personal identity outside the pressure of performance

This is a space where you don’t need to perform, explain, or justify. Just room to think, reset, and lead with a full tank — not just a full calendar.

Recovery & Substance Misuse Coaching

Confidential 1:1 support for high-functioning individuals navigating substance use, pressure, and personal change.

What This Is

This is discreet, non-clinical coaching for professionals and individuals who are reassessing their relationship with alcohol or substances — whether you're sober, moderating, or simply questioning your current habits.

It’s not about labels, shame, or diagnosis.
It’s about clarity, control, and creating a version of recovery that works in your world.

Whether you're early in the process, post-treatment, or managing things quietly on your own, this space offers structured, judgement-free support grounded in practical tools and professional experience.

Who This Is For

  • You’re navigating problematic drinking or substance use — privately or with limited external support

  • You’re in early recovery, post-rehab, or managing sobriety in a high-responsibility environment

  • You want structured, human-first support — not generic programmes or clinical oversight

  • You value confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and real-world tools

  • You're ready to explore change without the pressure to justify, label, or explain

Note: This coaching is not a substitute for medical or residential treatment. If you are physically dependent on substances, you’ll need medical support before working together. If this should be the case, direction to highly discreet and confidential services can be provided.

What’s Involved

  • Weekly or fortnightly 1:1 sessions via Zoom.

  • Guided work on triggers, habits, self-trust, and emotional regulation.

  • Support in building a recovery lifestyle that feels meaningful and manageable.

  • Optional between-session resources: journaling prompts, routine mapping, value-based goal setting.

What You’ll Get

  • A confidential space to speak openly — no scripts, no judgement.

  • Practical support to navigate cravings, stress, and self-trust.

  • Clarity on what recovery looks like for you — not anyone else.

  • A life built on agency, not avoidance.

Burnout & Performance Recovery

Rebuilding when the crash is behind you — but you’re still not okay.

What This Is

Burnout doesn’t always end when the work stops. If you’ve pushed through for too long — emotionally, mentally, or physically — it can leave you feeling flat, numb, directionless, or even resentful. This coaching space is for people who are done with pushing but unsure how to start truly recovering.

Whether you're in a career transition, re-entering life after a breakdown, or just trying to feel like yourself again, this work focuses on steady, supported rebuilding.

Who This Is For

  • You’ve experienced burnout, overwhelm, or chronic stress that changed how you function.

  • You may be neurodivergent or highly sensitive and need gentle, sustainable recovery, not hustle culture advice.

  • You're trying to reconnect with your body, energy, and sense of self — without overcommitting or crashing again.

  • You want someone who gets it — who won’t ask you to just “do more.”

What’s Involved

  • Weekly or fortnightly 1:1 coaching calls (via Zoom)

  • Help identifying emotional and physical burnout patterns

  • Support around rest, guilt, boundaries, identity shifts, and nervous system regulation

  • Optional tools (e.g. reflective prompts, sensory maps, energy tracking worksheets)

What You’ll Get

  • A calm, non-judgemental space to talk honestly

  • Custom strategies that respect your capacity

  • Gentle accountability without pressure

  • Support that prioritises safety, pacing, and self-trust

Professional Neurodivergent Support

Recovery and self-regulation through a neurodivergent lens.

What This Is

This is a supportive coaching space designed for adults who identify as (or suspect they may be) neurodivergent — including ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, or simply feeling "wired differently." It's not a diagnostic service, but it is a space that recognises how neurodiversity shapes emotion, behaviour, and burnout.

Whether you’re navigating recovery, daily overwhelm, or life transitions, this work honours your unique wiring and helps you build strategies that actually work for you.

Who This Is For

  • You’ve been diagnosed with, self-identified as, or relate to traits of ADHD, autism, or sensory processing sensitivity

  • You struggle with emotional regulation, executive function, or burnout cycles

  • You feel misunderstood in traditional recovery or mental health spaces

  • You want to explore ways to live more in sync with your nervous system — not against it

What’s Involved

  • Fortnightly or flexible 1:1 sessions tailored to your energy and needs

  • Support with routine building, emotional processing, and overwhelm recovery

  • Tools for managing energy, boundaries, sensory input, and internalised shame

  • Coaching that respects your pace, your preferences, and your capacity

What You’ll Get

  • A judgement-free space to unpack life experiences through a neuro-affirming lens

  • Practical tools for everyday life — not abstract theory

  • Validation, clarity, and co-created strategies that reduce frustration and support stability

  • A strengths-based, non-pathologising approach to growth

Note: This is not a diagnostic or clinical service. If you need a diagnosis, therapy, or medical support, I can help signpost appropriately alongside coaching.
