We’ll start with an Introductory Call to explore how I can best support you.
My approach is centred around healthy lifestyle coaching, with regular sessions where we’ll focus on your goals, targets, and achievements.
If my services aren’t the right fit, you (or the person you're enquiring for) will be signposted to appropriate support.
We’ll also discuss pricing and logistics during the Discovery Call - sessions can be in person (in the Gloucestershire area), online or over the phone, and will usually last between 40-60 mins.

Recovery and self-regulation through a neurodivergent lens.

This is a supportive coaching space designed for adults who identify as (or suspect they may be) neurodivergent — including ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, or simply feeling "wired differently." It's not a diagnostic service, but it is a space that recognises how neurodiversity shapes emotion, behaviour, and burnout.
Whether you’re navigating recovery, daily overwhelm, or life transitions, this work honours your unique wiring and helps you build strategies that actually work for you.
